Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition may be refunded. You will receive a marketplace credit for the item. There are times when items may have been damaged during transit or duing the harvest process, and we are more than happy to provide a credit for those items.
When we deliver your order, we provide you with text/email updates on when to expect the delivery of your share. If damage occurred after we dropped off your share, we are not responsible for issuing a credit for those damaged items.
